This 80tpd toilet paper machine, a single-sheet crescent forming machine, primarily uses commercial wood pulp (15%–50% long-fiber pulp and 85%–50% short-fiber pulp) as raw material to produce crepe toilet paper. The 80tpd toilet paper machine produces rolls with a basis weight range of 11–28 g/m² and a crepe rate of 15%–40%, meeting diverse market demands from ultra-thin to standard toilet paper.

This 80tpd toilet paper machine is equipped with a high-performance Yankee cylinder with a cylinder surface paper width of 3570 mm. Combined with a high-efficiency hot air hood, it achieves high drying efficiency and low steam consumption. The entire 80tpd toilet paper machine is highly automated; everything from pulp feeding to roll output can be monitored and adjusted in the DCS control room.
