Featuring an operating speed of 400 m/min, a design speed of 420 m/min, and a dynamic balancing speed of 500 m/min, the 200TPD high-strength corrugated paper machine demonstrates exceptional dynamic stability even at high speeds—laying a solid foundation for long-term, continuous, and efficient operation.
In the forming part of this 200TPD high-strength corrugated paper machine, the dewatering elements—including the forming board, dewatering blades, low-vacuum boxes, and high-vacuum boxes—are all equipped with domestically produced, full-ceramic (99% aluminum oxide) components. These are mounted on fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP) bases, while the boxes themselves are constructed from welded stainless steel that has undergone specialized heat treatment. The rollers of the 200TPD high-strength corrugated paper machine are dynamically balanced to the G2.5 grade, and the drying cylinders are balanced to the G4 grade, effectively controlling vibration and noise during high-speed operation.
