The working principle of this paper pulping middle consistency pressure screen involves feeding the pulp from the bottom, where the rotor generates vortices and turbulence to prevent screen basket clogging. The screened pulp is discharged from the center of the screen basket, while the pulp slurry and impurities are discharged from the top. Leizhan has further optimized the flow path of the pulp both inside and outside the screen basket, resulting in minimal pulp thickening, reduced risk of screen basket clogging and fiber damage, and a longer service life for the screen basket.
