The Leizhan doctor blade system employs a pneumatic thumb (air bladder) pressurization structure. The air bladder ensures balanced contact pressure between thedoctor blade edge and the roller surface, effectively preventing localized scratches; a pressure-reducing valve precisely regulates the air supply pressure, ensuring stable linear pressure control. Combined with a pneumatic or electric device for uniform, reciprocating oscillation, the doctor blade edge wears evenly, avoiding roller surface damage and inadequate cleaning caused by localized excessive wear.
Through material optimization and system integration, Leizhan doctor blade extend service life per use, reduce the frequency of blade replacement, and lower roller surface grinding costs. Low-friction doctor blades also reduce the load on the drive motor, saving energy consumption.
