This ZDSD series D-type hydrapulper features a D-shaped tub design, which alters the flow pattern of the pulp compared to traditional circular pulping vessels. This ensures more rapid and frequent contact between the pulp and the rotor, enhancing mechanical action; consequently, it significantly reduces pulping time and increases production capacity. When equipped with the new, energy-efficient VOKES-type rotor—a design adopted by Leizhan—the ZDSD series D-type hydrapulper further intensifies hydraulic circulation and the defibering of the pulp.
This ZDSD series D-type hydrapulper employs a gentle pulping process; it breaks down waste paper into individual fibers while minimizing the cutting of recycled fibers, thereby effectively preserving both fiber length and strength. The D-shaped tub of this ZDSD series D-type hydrapulper, combined with a VOKES rotor, enables highly efficient pulping at a lower specific energy consumption. Furthermore, the integration of a continuous pulping system reduces the need for downtime for cleaning and re-pulping, leading to a further decrease in electrical energy consumption per ton of pulp.
