A pressure-reducing valve precisely regulates the air supply pressure, effectively controlling the line pressure. The thickness of the doctor blades provided by Leizhan can be freely selected as needed, and replacement is convenient and quick.

For special processes such as wrinkling in the Yankee drying cylinder, Leizhan’s air-cushioned doctor blade clamp can provide a stable linear pressure of 1500-3500 N/m, ensuring full-width soft contact with the roller surface, stable wrinkling, and eliminating the need for frequent fine adjustments. The doctor blade body is made entirely of stainless steel, possessing sufficient rigidity and straightness to ensure that the entire doctor blade is parallel and in close contact with the roller surface.
