This high-speed stock washer can process pulp with an inlet consistency of 0.8%–1.5%, increasing it to an outlet consistency of 8%–15%. Featuring a high thickening ratio, it rapidly removes water from the pulp to achieve a high outlet consistency, which facilitates further thickening processes. The high-speed stock washer also demonstrates a high removal rate for ink particles and ash content, significantly improving pulp brightness and providing a clean pulp base for subsequent bleaching or papermaking operations.
