It offers a paper output width ranging from 2,880 to 5,100 mm, a daily production capacity of 60 to 500 tons, and an operating speed of 100 to 450 m/min.
This customizable multi-layer kraft linerboard paper machine employs a multi-headbox, multi-layer sizing system—using recycled cardboard pulp for the bottom layer and high-quality wood pulp for the top layer. This layered sizing ensures uniform distribution, minimal basis weight variation, and more stable basis weight and moisture distribution across the paper. The customizable multi-layer kraft linerboard paper machine’s forming wire, combined with efficient dewatering components, rapidly forms a wet sheet with well-interwoven fibers, resulting in paper with high tensile strength and bursting power, fully meeting the stringent strength requirements of kraft paper.
