It can continuously and gently pulp and coarsely screen various waste paper raw materials under high concentration conditions of 18%–22%. This gentle pulping process of the drum pulper greatly reduces the cutting effect of the pulping section on secondary recycled fibers, effectively ensuring the strength index of the final paper.

This drum pulper performs preliminary screening at the pulping stage, removing light impurities from the system in advance, thus ensuring pulp quality and high cleanliness. Using this drum pulper reduces wear on subsequent equipment, extends equipment lifespan, and lowers the consumption of spare parts.
