This vibrating screen employs a specially designed air-sealed chamber structure, giving the screen plate an extremely strong self-cleaning capability. During vibration, the screen plate automatically removes impurities clogging the screen holes, always keeping the screen surface clean and the screen holes unobstructed.
Leizhan’s vibrating screen has low power consumption and saves energy, effectively reducing energy consumption. At the same time, the screen plate surface of the vibrating screen can be equipped with screen holes of Φ2～Φ12mm or screen gaps of 0.5～0.75mm, which can be flexibly selected according to different slurry types and process requirements to meet diverse production needs.
