Leizhan’s drum pulper integrates waste paper unpacking, high-consistency pulping, and coarse screening, incorporating multiple patented technological innovations and energy-saving designs. It is specifically developed for processing LOCC (loose corrugated cardboard boxes) and various mixed waste paper. This drum pulper performs pulping at a high concentration of 14% to 22%, greatly enhancing the friction between fibers while maintaining relatively gentle mechanical action, resulting in less fiber damage. Compared to traditional hydrapulpers, drum pulpers can reduce energy consumption by 10% to 30%, and can separate foreign matter without excessive damage, reducing the burden on subsequent purification processes.
This drum pulper combines pulping and coarse screening into one process. This integrated design greatly simplifies the process and offers more significant energy savings compared to the traditional separate pulping and screening configuration, thus reducing the investor’s civil engineering and equipment costs.
