This middle consitency pressure screen adopts an external flow structure design, with the screen drum on the outside and the rotor on the inside, allowing for continuous pressurized screening of pulp in a completely enclosed state. This middle consitency pressure screen is suitable for concentrations up to 3%–4%, and can be used for direct screening under high concentration conditions. The internal rotor of this middle consitency pressure screen features a multi-blade design, characterized by gentle pulses and a high pulse frequency.
Leizhan’s middle consitency pressure screen is equipped with an automatic oiling device imported from South Korea and an automatic water injection device imported from Finland to ensure continuous lubrication and reduce the failure rate. The middle consitency pressure screen also features a mechanical seal water flow and pressure monitoring alarm device to monitor its operating status in real time. Through a more streamlined rotor structure and arrangement, the middle consitency pressure screen significantly reduces rotor power consumption during operation while maintaining excellent screening performance.
