Capable of continuous operation, this drum pulper offers high processing capacity and production efficiency, making it well-suited for the continuous operational requirements of large-scale pulp production lines.
The drum of this drum pulper is supported by large-diameter support rollers and riding rings, ensuring smooth and reliable operation, minimal frictional resistance, and low power consumption. The drum pulper employs a high-consistency continuous pulping process; waste paper feedstock is pulped within the drum at a high consistency of 15%–25%, significantly reducing water usage and energy consumption in the subsequent thickening stage.
