This 80tpd cultural paper machine adopts a single-layer long wire forming structure and is equipped with an air-cushion headbox, which has excellent fiber dispersion capabilities. This ensures that the pulp is sprayed onto the forming wire surface at a uniform speed and concentration, forming a wet paper web with uniform basis weight and good uniformity. The drying part of this 80tpd cultural paper machine is equipped with 29 Φ1800mm drying cylinders and 13 Φ1500mm VAC cylinders (vacuum cylinders). The drying cylinders and VAC cylinders are directly connected for drive, resulting in a simple and efficient structure.
