Grapples are used in conjunction with settling wells in waste paper pulping production lines. They are mainly used in the slag removal operations of D-type continuous pulping systems, effectively grabbing large and heavy impurities inside the pulper and significantly shortening the slag discharge time. Leizhan’s grapples have a reasonable structure and superior performance. Equipped with a large-diameter cylinder design, the grab closes tightly, and the weighted design makes it easy for the grapple to sink into the pulp to complete the grabbing operation.

Leizhan’s grapples can be equipped with a continuous hydraulic grapple system, enabling unattended automatic operation. These grapples boast a high level of automation, allowing for unattended operation or remote control. Leizhan offers grapples in both four-lobed and two-lobed designs. The four-lobed grapple offers stronger gripping capacity and is suitable for large-capacity pulpers; the two-lobed grapple has a simpler structure and is suitable for small to medium-sized pulping lines. Both models possess powerful impurity removal capabilities.
