The calender utilizes a controllable medium-high roll system equipped with 11 independently controlled zone medium-high rolls, enabling precise profile correction pressure across the entire paper width. This design ensures uniform thickness across the paper width, effectively eliminating thickness fluctuations caused by uneven pressure.

The hydraulic system of this calender uses a large-capacity 304 stainless steel oil tank and a high-precision (3μ) filtration system to ensure oil purity and long-term system stability. The Leizhan calender is designed with a linear voltage range of 60-120 kN/m, which can be flexibly adjusted according to paper type and quality requirements.
