This ultra high speed corrugated paper machine boasts a net paper width of 5600mm and a roll width of 5650mm, directly meeting the demand for wide-width face paper/core paper from downstream extra-large corrugated board production lines (such as 2.8-meter and 3.3-meter single-facers). Based on a basis weight of 100g/m², a speed of 900m/min (slightly lower than the maximum operating speed), and 24-hour continuous operation, this ultra high speed corrugated paper machine achieves a daily capacity of up to 700 tons.
The press part of this ultra high speed corrugated paper machine employs a large-diameter shoe press (1-2 passes), with an initial dryness of ≥50% in the drying cylinder, significantly reducing steam consumption in the drying part. Shoe pressure loading accuracy is ±0.1kN/m. The multiple drying cylinders of this ultra high speed corrugated paper machine are equipped with sealed high-temperature hoods and a bag area ventilation and heat recovery system. The surface temperature uniformity of the drying cylinders is ±2℃.
