The 3800mm corrugated paper machine operates at speeds of 650-750 meters per minute, maintaining efficient dehydration and drying even under OCC raw material conditions. Equipped with 42-48 large-diameter drying cylinders (Φ1800mm), it provides ample drying capacity, ensuring the paper moisture content meets standards even at high speeds.
This 3800mm corrugated paper machine employs a multi-wire + top wire composite forming structure, with the top and bottom wires working together for dewatering. This results in less difference between the two sides of the paper sheet, more uniform basis weight across the width, and significantly reduced loss of fine fibers, thus lowering white water concentration. The 3800mm corrugated paper machine also features an optimized press part design, increasing the dryness of the paper entering the drying cylinder by 2-3 percentage points and reducing steam consumption by 8%.
