A 400mm edge allowance ensures ample operating margin at the edges of the forming wire, effectively preventing edge slippage and premature wear of the forming wire. The 250tpd corrugated paper machine’s dynamic balancing speed is 500m/min, approximately 40% higher than the design and transmission speeds. This means that during normal operation, the equipment is in a stable state well below its balance limits, minimizing impact and disturbance to the foundation.
