This 1200m/min underfeed rewinder uses an underfeed design to slit, unwind, and rewind φ2500mm rolls of raw paper produced on a paper machine into finished paper rolls with a diameter of φ1300mm, uniform density, and precise width. During the rewinding process, the 1200m/min underfeed rewinder can also automatically remove defective paper and bond broken ends, ensuring the quality of the finished product.
This 1200m/min underfeed rewinder is designed for a speed of 1200 m/min and a working speed of 1100 m/min, with an acceleration/deceleration time of only 90 seconds, making it suitable for the high-paced production of modern corrugated paper. The 1200m/min underfeed rewinder uses a bottom-feed method to create a more stable “support roller wrap angle” for the paper web before winding, reducing air intake and lowering the risk of wrinkles. This 1200m/min underfeed rewinder can be disassembled into six modules, meeting the packaging requirements for both sea and land transport, and providing rust-proof, shock-proof, and moisture-proof packaging.
