Leizhan’s high density cleaner employs a specially designed extended cone structure. The cone is sufficiently long, and the cone angle is precisely calculated, allowing heavy impurities to achieve a more complete settling stroke within the cone, resulting in a more thorough separation effect and a clear and sharp boundary between good pulp and heavy impurities. The cone of Leizhan’s high density cleaner is made of high-wear-resistant ceramic, which has high hardness, strong wear resistance, and good corrosion resistance. It can operate stably for a long time under high temperature and high pressure environments, with a service life far exceeding that of ordinary materials, significantly reducing replacement frequency and maintenance costs.
This high density cleaner is equipped with a PLC control cabinet, making operation simple. Combined with the Leizhan TZJ series tailings treatment system, it achieves full automation from pulp purification to tailings discharge. The volute-type pulp inlet chamber of the Leizhan high density cleaner is designed with optimized fluid dynamics, resulting in more thorough separation of good pulp from impurities.
