The unmanned hydraulic grapple system developed by Leizhan is designed to operate in conjunction with the continuous pulping system of D-type hydrapulper. It enables continuous debris removal and automated operation without the need to shut down the machine, significantly reducing the physical workload for operators. At the same time, it minimizes pulper downtime associated with debris removal, ensuring the entire pulping line runs continuously and stably for extended periods. Featuring a large-diameter hydraulic cylinder design, the grapple closes tightly, allowing it to reliably grasp even tangled masses of plastic film and rope-like debris.

In addition to hydraulic grapples, Leizhan offers four-jaw “petal-style” pneumatic grapples specifically designed to remove large, coarse debris from sedimentation wells. These pneumatically operated grapples feature a simple, reliable design and integrate with the sedimentation well to form a complete debris removal system. Whether the application calls for a large grapple to remove significant quantities of light debris from the pulper vat or a smaller “four-petal” grapple to clear coarse debris from the sedimentation well of a continuous pulping system, Leizhan provides the precisely matched grapple specifications.

Leizhan offers a complete range of waste paper pulping line equipment, available in various specifications and known for stable operation. Please contact me for a quote. Email: flutingpapermachine@gmail.com
