This drum pulper integrates high-concentration pulping and coarse screening, completing both pulping and screening processes in a single operation. The pulping conditions are gentle, preserving fiber strength and length while minimizing the disruption of light impurities and some heavy impurities. This drum pulper effectively removes impurities such as plastics, foils, and hot melt adhesives from the pulp, ensuring these impurities are discharged intact without being sheared or crushed.
This drum pulper has a simple and robust structure with only a few vulnerable parts, resulting in low maintenance costs. The screen holes are not easily clogged, allowing for continuous operation for extended periods. Due to its high slag discharge efficiency, this drum pulper reduces the burden on subsequent purification equipment.
