The waste paper pulping line uses D-type hydrapulper as the primary pulping equipment. The pulp then enters a high density cleaner (ZSC4 type), effectively removing heavy impurities at a high consistency of 3-5%. After impurity separation by middle consistency coarse screen (stage 1 and stage 2) and reject separator (PZ2 type, ), the pulp undergoes further fine screening by middle density cleaner and middle consistency fine screen. Finally, it is pulped by double-disc refiner (ZDP450 type) and sent to pressure screen for pre-screening. The entire waste paper pulping line operates with an automated control system, ensuring precise coordination of each stage.
