This 300tpd cardboard paper machine is equipped with G1.6 grade roller dynamic balancing, G2.5 grade drying cylinder dynamic balancing, and G1.0 grade ultra-high precision winding rollers, ensuring vibration-free operation at high speeds and extending the lifespan of bearings and rollers.
This 300tpd cardboard paper machine uses a hydraulic headbox with a lip width of 5150mm and is equipped with a dilution water transverse basis weight adjustment system to ensure a basis weight deviation of ≤±1.5g/m² for a net paper width of 4800mm. The drying part of this 300tpd cardboard paper machine uses multiple drying cylinders (Φ1500mm or Φ1800mm) with a sealed air hood and heat recovery system. The drying cylinders have a dynamic balance grade of G2.5 and a surface temperature uniformity of ±2℃, ensuring drying efficiency and paper flatness.
