Equipped with a patented constant power control system, the RF seriesdouble disc refiner maintains stable pulping performance across a pulp concentration range of 3.5%–6%, eliminating quality fluctuations caused by variations in pulp flow rate or raw material differences, and ensuring consistent quality for each batch of pulp.
The automatic disc advanced and retraction device of this RF series double disc refiner uses SEW and Nord brand motor reducers, which can automatically and precisely control the feed and retraction of the blades, improving pulping efficiency and significantly reducing operating and labor costs. All parts of the RF series double disc refiner that come into contact with the pulp are made of 304 stainless steel, maintaining excellent corrosion resistance even in acidic or alkaline pulp environments.
