Drum Pulper is mainly used in paper pulping process to continuously break and coarse screen of waste paper material under the high consistency. Leizhan provided a Φ3750mm Drum Pulper for a Paper Pulping Process.

Recently Leizhan delivered a testliner/craft paper pulping line for a Vietnam paper mill. The whole delivery site includes Chain Conveyor, D type hydrapulp, high density cleaner, Low density cleaner, pulp pump, fractionating screen, reject separator, vibrating screen, grapple, etc.

150,000 Ton Annual Output Fluting Paper Making Project is provided by Leizhan, including M.C.Pressure Screen, Inflow Pressure Screen, High Density Cleaner, etc.

Recently the corrugated paper production line has been delivered. The whole site can use recycling waste paper to make corrugated paper. Today we delivered the accessories of 3250 Drum Pulper and 35 D Type Hydrapulper.

we signed a whole corrugated paper production line for a Guangdong paper industry. Lately we delivered some machines, which mainly includes: two sets of belt conveyor and a set of Agitator.

Chain Conveyor is used for conveying waste paper or pulp board to Drum Pulper or Hydrapulper. It has a lot of advantages. Leizhan provides two hydrapulpers for Guangdong paper industry.

Drum Pulper is used for pulping various kinds of waste paper in paper making process. It includes presoak area, high consistency pulping area and screen area. It can screen waste paper pulp and remove impurities.

Leizhan delivered a batch of equipment for a Nigeria customer. The main equipment include D Type Hydrapulper, Reject Separator, Agitator, High Density Cleaner and etc.

A Hebei tissue paper mill purchased lots of paper pulping equipment from Leizhan, including M.C.Hydrapulper, Chain Conveyor, High Density Cleaner and other equipment.

Recently Leizhan provides a Drum Pulper for an Egypt customer. The raw material is waste paper, and the finished paper are corrugated paper, craft paper & white board.
