New tissue paper making project established in Vietnam. A complete set of tissue paper pulp preparation lines provided by Leizhan has been installed and commissioning will begin immediately. Main pulp preparation line machine included Roller Conveyor, Middle Consistency Hydrapulper, Double Disc Refiner, Inflow Pressure Screen, Vibrating Screen and Agitator, etc.
Pulp Preparation Line Machine in New Tissue Paper Making Project
Roller Conveyor: conveying pulp board to middle consistency hydrapulper.
Middle Consistency Hydrapulper: suitable for pulping pulp board and other clean raw materials.
Double Disc Refiner: improve the beating degree of paper pulp.
Inflow Pressure Screen: used to make the pulp concentration more uniform.
Vibrating Screen: used for screening and removing various impurities in pulp suspension.
Agitator: used to stir pulp cyclically in square chest to maintain the pulp liquid in suspending condition.
