Crescent paper machine transmission control system adopts AC variable frequency transmission control, and it is three-grade control mode. The first grade is transducer control, it is ACS550 and ACS510 series transducer from ABB company. In the transducer there is MODBUS communication port, which composes MODBUS fieldbus control network with upper PLC. The second grade is PLC control. The PLC is from Siemens or ABB. PLC and transducer adopt MODBUS communication. PLC accomplishes the whole paper machine operating control through communication. The third grade is operating screen control. The operating screen control adopts Wieron color touch-screen, and it can monitor the state of the whole paper machine transmission system.
