Press & Dryer Section of Crescent Paper Machine
The press and dryer section of crescent paper machine mainly consist of Φ3000mm Yankee dryer with a carrier roller, a felt circuit, and frame etc.
Vacuum carrier roller press adopts pneumatic pressure. The felt circuit is connected to forming part and equipped with Pneumatic Corrector and electric Tensioner, feltleading roll, high pressure movable spray pipe and low pressure fan pipe etc felt adjusting and cleaning device.
The dryer of cre paper machine adopts antifriction bearing, and it is equipped with thin oil lubrication system. Each oil mass is measured by flow-meter, and the flow-meter is equipped with alarm device.
Heated air circulation Device
Heated air circulating breathing gas hood of crescent paper machine assumes almost 30% dry load. The gas hood can be divided into dry section and wet section in term of the designed construction. Both of them are open type, which are easily cleaned.
Heated air circulation and waste heat recycle device is made up by one set air and steam heat exchanger, two sets of Air Heater, two stands of Blower, one stand a hydrofuge Blower, three groups Air Filter, three flash drum and one stand condensate pump.
