25T/D Napkin Paper Making Line
Leizhan offers full set of napkin paper making line for paper mills to produce high grade living & household paper. For example: napkin paper, facial paper, kitchen paper, toilet paper,etc. Leizhan automatic napkin paper producing machine can use various kinds of raw materials , such as waste paper, virgin pulp, commodity wood pulp, white shavings,etc.
25T/D Napkin Paper Pulping Process:
First of all, raw material is conveyed into the D type hydrapulper for pulping.
Secondly, the pulp will be conveyed into High density cleaner for removing staples, stones, glasses from the slurry.
Then, pulp refining machine like conical Refiner and double disc refiner will be used for improving the beating degree and pulp quality.
Lastly, the pulp is conveyed into Inflow pressure screen for the last step of pulp processing.
In addition to that, pulp machines like Pulp pump and pulp chest agitator will be used in the processing of pulp processing.
