Application and Specialty of Hydrapurger
ZSF Series Hydrapurger is mainly used in D Type Hydrapulper continuous pulping system, it can equip with sediment well and drum screen.
Hydrapurger is behind sediment well. The slurry contains lots of light impurities during pulping process in the pulper. Impurities gather to the sediment well and overflow into the impurity separator. With the effect of rotor, fine pulp enters next process from screen plate. Abundant light impurities are conveyed to drum screen, in which the light impurities can be totally separated from slurry, and the light impurities are discharged out of the process.
Hydrapurger can remove massive light impurities in the waste paper pulp, which avoid refining impurities in the pulping process. It reduce the equipment burden in latter process, which improve pulper’s production capacity. This machine is one of the corollary equipment in continuous pulping system. It has the advantages of large production capacity, compact structure, convenient to install and repair.
