This is our Bangladesh customer’s paper pulp making line of 120t/18h kraft paper making project. The paper making line uses OCC waste paper as raw material, then through pulping, cleaning, screening and other equipment to produce high quality paper pulp. Below are the details of the waste paper recycling process.

Fine Screen   A=1.5m2, s=0.22mm, C=1.0%

Double Disk Refiner   Ø380mm, C=3~5%
