Craft Paper Roll Manufacturing Line
Using Leizhan complete craft paper roll manufacturing line, paper mill can produce high quality and performance craft paper roll with waste paper, wood pulp and pulp board as raw material. Craft Paper Roll Pulp Processing Line
First of all, waste paper is conveyed by Chain conveyor into the D type hydrapulper or Drum pulper for pulping.
Secondly, using High density cleaner to remove heavy impurities like staples, stones, glassed from the slurry.
In addition, screening system equipments like Mid consistency pressure screen, Fiber separator, Reject separator, and so on will be used for coarse and fine screening of the pulp.
Moreover, Low density cleaner group will be used for further cleaning the pulp.
Besides, to improve the breaking degree of pulp, the paper pulp is conveyed into pulp refining equipment like ZDP series double disc refiner and ZM series conical refiner for further processing.
Finally, the pulp is conveyed into Inflow pressure screen for the last step of pulp processing. After that, the pulp is conveyed into headbox for paper making.
