Recently Leizhan provides a Drum Pulper for an Egypt customer. The raw material is waste paper, and the finished paper are corrugated paper, craft paper & white board.

Screening Section of Drum Pulper

Waste paper firstly enters pulping section to be pulped, and then enter screening section. Waste paper slurry is diluted to the consistency of 3%~4%. The dilution water is add from the spray pipe installed in the up side of screen section. Thus it can rash back the fibers blocked in screen hole, and clean the impurities in screen basket surface & screen hole. Slurry flow into a tank from screen hole, and impurities discharge from the end of Drum Pulper.
