Scrap grapple used in paper mill is mainly used to salvage and grab the impurities in the hydraulic pulper at regular intervals. It is used in the D-type continuous pulping system and used in conjunction with lifting equipment.
The scrap grapple is mainly composed of a cylinder, two bucket petals, upper and lower support seats and a pull rod. The cylinder piston rod drives the lower support seat to drive the opening and closing of the bucket flaps to directly grab the impurities in the pulper.
