450T/D Fluting Paper Production Machine
Leizhan advanced 450T/D Fluting Paper Making Machine is used to produce high-strength fluting & corrugated paper by using recycled paper as raw material. The whole fluting paper production plant consists of pulp processing line and paper making machinery.
Fluting Paper Pulping Process
Firstly, recycled waste paper is conveyed into ZG series drum pulper by BFW series chain conveyor for pulping. After pulping, it will be transported into ZSC series high density cleaner for pulp cleaning.
Secondly, the pulp is transported into ZNS series mid consistency screen, FQJ series light impurity separator, PZ series reject separator, FJS series fiber fractionating screen, 1st stage ZNS series fine screen, 2nd stage ZNS series fine screen and ZSK series vibrating screen for pulp screening.
Thirdly, pulp cleaning equipments like mid density cleaner, Low density cleaner will be used for further cleaning.
Moreover, ZDP series double disc refiner and DD series double disc refiner will be used for improving pulp breaking degree.
Fluting Paper Making Machine
Leizhan 450T/D fluting paper manufacturing machinery has the trimmed width range of 1575-5800mm and base weight range of 60-150g/m2. Fluting paper machine working speed range of 100-800m/min and can produce 15-500 tons of high strength fluting paper board per day.
