The disc Refiner can also be divided into three types according to the concentration of the pulp, i. e. low concentration, medium concentration and low concentration. It is generally considered that the pulp concentration below 5% is low concentration, 5 -12 % is medium concentration, and more than 12% is high concentration. Concentration quotient slurry is difficult to enter the narrow grinding disc teeth gap, forming the so-called “bridge” phenomenon, especially those of the coarser slurry, this phenomenon is more serious. In order to solve the problem that the thicker and thicker slurry is not easy to enter the slot, a “crushing zone” is created at the inlet of the grinding disc. After crushing the coarse slurry through the “crushing zone”, the coarse slurry enters the precise zone of the narrow slot.
