LOCC Paper Pulp Making Line Process
First, transport the waste paper to the D Type Hydrapulper through the Chain Conveyor.
Then, remove heavy impurities in the pulp through High Density Cleaner, such as staples, stone, etc.
And, use Mid Consistency Pressure Screen to screen the pulp.
Next, screen the tail pulp with Fiber Separator and Vibrating Screen.
And then, use Low Density Cleaner to further clean the pulp.
What’s more, use Mid Consistency Fine Screen to further screen the pulp.
