LOCC is a common raw material for the production of kraft paper, corrugated paper and other packaging paper. According to customer’s requirements, we provided 30T/16H locc stock preparation system. Main pulping machine include D type hydrapulper, high density cleaner, middle consistency pressure screen, reject separator, etc.
30T/16H Stock Preparation Line Machine
D Type Hydrapulper: pulping LOCC, form pulp with water.
High Density Cleaner: remove heavy impurities in paper pulp.
Middle Consistency Pressure Screen: mainly used for coarse and fine screening of various waste paper pulp.
Reject Separator: mainly used for fiber relief and impurities separate for tailing in the coarse screen system for waste paper pulp.
Low Density Cleaner: mainly used for removing heavy impurities in the pulp like gravel, scrap iron, dust and large ink particles.
Inflow Pressure Screen: used to make the pulp concentration more uniform.
