Recycling paper machine D Type Hydrapulper is mainly used for pulping all kinds of pulp board, damaged paper and waste paper. It adopts Vokes rotor which consumes less power and has high pulping efficiency.
D Type Hydrapulper has changed the traditional flow method. The Vokes rotor is off-center, which makes the contact between the paper and the rotor faster and with higher frequency, which greatly shortens the pulping time and improves the production capacity.
The rotor and the pulping plate are higher than the bottom of the tank, forming a low pressure area around the pulping plate, reducing the contact of impurities with the cutter plate and screening plate, and prolonging the service life of the cutter plate and the screening plate.
The blade is designed between the cutter head and the screening plate to prevent the entanglement of wastes such as iron wire and braided belt and reduce the operating current.
