High Consistency Hydrapulper adopts a vertical structure, which is mainly composed of a trough, a rotor, a transmission part, a pulp tray, a bracket and other parts. And the rotor is provided with spiral blades.
As a pulper for deinking, it adopts intermittent operation. According to the process flow, it can produce high consistency pulp and low consistency pulp.
