3200mm corrugated paper making machine is composed of wire part, press part, drying part and reeling part. Accordingg to customer’s requirements, we designed 100t/d corrugated paper making project. 3200mm corrugated paper machine structure as below.
Main Structure of 3200mm Corrugated Paper Making Machine
1. Wire part: Using an open headbox for sizing and double-stacked wire forming (face wire 6m, bottom wire 18m);
2. Press part: Two double-carpet large-diameter presses (Φ1350/Φ1350).
3. Drying part: Φ1800mm 24 pieces. Arrangement: 8+8+gluing+8 two-roller calendering.
4. The transmission system adopts divisional transmission and AC frequency conversion speed control.
5. When looking at the wire part of this machine from the paper winding machine, the transmission is on the right side, which is the right machine, and vice versa.
