Duplex Board Paper Pulp Processing Line
Pulping:
Drum pulper used for continuous gentle pulping and coarse screening of waste paper under high consistency.
Cleaning:
High density cleaner applied to remove all kinds of heavy impurities in paper pulp, like steples, stones, glasses, etc.
Low density cleaner used for removing heavy impurities in the pulp like gravel, scrap iron, dust and large ink particles.
Screening:
M.C. pressure screen used for coarse and fine screening of various waste paper pulp.
Single effect fiber separator used for secondary breaking and screening of waste paper pulp.
Reject separator used for fiber relief and impurities separate for tailing in the coarse screen system for waste paper pulp.
Inflow pressure screen inflow structure, low pulse, good effect of homogenate.
Refining:
Double disc refiner used for beating and improve the beating degree of pulp to satisfy the paper making demand.
Duplex Board Paper Producing Machine
Leizhan duplex/coating board paper making machine has a trimmed width range of 2400-6600mm and basic weight range of 200-350g/m2. This machine can manufacture 200-1400 t/d coating board paper with the working speed range from 200 m/min to 600 m/min.
