Tissue paper making line is much simpler than kraft paper, corrugated paper, etc. The whole line includes tissue paper pulp making line and paper making line.
Raw material: commodity wood pulp, straw or bagasse as material to make tissue paper.
Finished roll: The finished paper includes: kitchen tissue paper, napkin tissue, toilet tissue paper jumbo roll, etc.
The Structure of Tissue Paper Machine
The structure of tissue paper machine is also simple. It includes one single cylinder, single dryer cylinder, rewinding machine and other felt leading roll. The paper sheet will be formed on cylinder, and dried through the dryer cylinder.
The large roll of tissue paper can be processed the small roll tissue paper, toilet paper and napkin paper according to the requirement.
Tissue Paper Pulping Whole Line
① Pulping: The raw material were put into Hydrapulper for being pulped.
② Cleaning: We use the high density cleaner to remove these impurities contained in pulp stock.
③ Water removing: We use inclined screen to remove the water contained in the pulp.
④ Refining: The pulp removed water will enter the refiner to grading, thus the fiber will be cut more shorter. The tissue paper pulp is finished, and the finished fine pulp will enter the head box for paper making.
