The screw press washer is mainly composed of screw shaft assembly, screen drum and machine base and so on.
1. The inlet side bearing seat is provided with a sealing device to prevent water leakage. The part in contact with the pulp are made of stainless steel plate or lined stainless steel plate.
2. The screen drum is the main dehydrating element and the material is stainless steel. The inner surface of the screen plate is polished to prevent slurry hanging.
3. The machine base, the white water joint and the inlet and outlet of the slurry tank are all made of steel plate welding parts, and the part in contact with the slurry is stainless steel.

1. The screen drum of screw press washer is designed with a semi-screen drum, which is convenient for maintenance. The front and rear screen drum joints adopt a branch structure, which ensures the design requirements of the coaxiality of the screen drum assembly.
2. The sieve hole of the screw press washer is a conical hole structure, which is small in the inside and large in the outside, this structure can effectively inhibit the slurry from blocking the sieve hole. According to the mechanism of slurry concentration, the sieve drum assembly is divided into three parts according to the size of the sieve hole.
3. The screw shaft adopts adjustable diameter and adjustable distance structure. In the process of thickening, the squeeze pressure of the slurry on the screw and screen drum increases gradually with the gradual decrease of water content. On the outside of the middle and rear section of the sieve screen, a certain number of reinforced semi-sieve plates are installed to increase the strength of the sieve plates. And these semi-sieve plates can prevent deformation of the sieve plates. So it can prolong the service life of screw press washer.
