The required pipelines are tightly connected. A flow rate of mechanical seal water and flushing water under the rotor. Check pulley parallelism and belt tension.Clean two nozzles and inject 3 ounces of oil (80g) into each bearing. The bearing has been oiled when it leaves the factory, but may deposit during transportation. The rotating parts should rotate clockwise from above, showing that overheat will damage the mechanical seal, and there must have sealed water. Check rotor clearance, about 1.5 mm.
Check whether good pulp, light slag and heavy slag valves operate normally.
