Rewinder is an equipment used in Paper making line. When it get something wrong, there is solutions for such question.
1. The core tube is backed up in the front section, and the automatic tube stops.
Solution: Manual management, online modification of knives, change the order of excluding and copying, or change the width of (+1-2mm) (usually choose the latter for the convenience of operator), and then reset, and subsequently automatic management. Generally, it can be done once online. This class has tried three consecutive online knife modifications.
2.The core tube has reached the ready position, and the induction limit is also sensed to the core tube, but it does not start to automatically drop the tube.
Solution: reset, on-line tool change, check whether the limit near the position of the pusher cart is disturbed by damaged paper, check , drive, accelerate and reset automatically, it should be OK.
3.Operator takes over the tube too quickly and fails to pay attention to it. When there are tubes in the track, reset the clearing data, which results in the motor protection alarm start.
Solution: After the paper is laid down, all the core tubes in the track are taken out. The pusher cart is manually moved to the initial position by the touch screen on the inner side, and the malfunction release.
