Good machine need careful maintenance, especially papermaking machine. Here is some maintenance tips suggested by zhenzhou leizhan.
1. Check the lubrication of the running parts of the equipment regularly, add 2 calcium-sodium base grease to each rolling bearing every two weeks.
Clean and replace once a year.
2. Check equipment frequently, bolts should not be loosened, motor should not exceed rated current, bearing temperature rise should exceed.
When the ambient temperature is 35C, the machine should stop to check.
3. Prevent metal and other coarse and hard impurities from falling into slurry grooves.
4. Replacement of bearings,unload the large pulley. The whole part of the rotor is lifted out with a hanger.
