The ZNP series disc thickener is mainly composed of a tank body, a cover, a big shaft, a sealing device and a screen stripping device.
The fan-shaped plate is made of perforated plate and it is covered with 40 meshes of stainless steel mesh with corrosion resistance characteristic. The fan-shaped plate is bolted to the spindle for easy replacement. The cover and tank body are made of stainless steel, which has a long service life. The spray device can spray the high pressure water from 0.3~0.4 MPa which makes the filter mesh has strong self-cleaning function by washing the filter mesh.
